That would depend on
if YOU were between the tree and an object or person, in which case you would be standing in front of it,
or if the TREE was between you and an object or person, in which case you would be behind it.
Example: if you were with someone, and they could see you standing by the tree, you would be in front of it.
If you were with someone, and they could not see you, then you would be behind it.
I really don't know, but that sounds good....what the heck I get 2 points at least.

I would say that if your at the trunk of the tree where moss is growing then you are at the north side and at the front of the tree. Just a thought.

if your facing the tree you are behind it.if your back is to the tree you are in front of it.try cutting it down,make 2 wooden legs from it,if they walk away from you then you were behind it,if they walk towards you then you were in front of it.
