Well i know two thing that can help and sorry one of them does consist of buying a product but i is really worth it.
1: Scrub you face with normal water
2: Get the apricot scrub and use it to scrub your face with it really works and you can find it at a local drug store maybe even gas station
It is really worth it

Wash your face, use a toner, use an acne medication, and do a mud mask once a week.

you need a blackhead extractor. go to www.blissworld.com click on skincare then click on tools. I'm an esthetician and this is what we use to remove them in facials.
