I need a good program to convert video and file formats. Do you have any suggestions?

try rivavx. --- www.rivavx.com. go to the download section, and download. --"Free Riva FLV Encoder 2.0". it comes with the encoder where u can convert videos to other formatt/extensions. and it also comes with a flash player.

You can convert files and video format with asoftech video converter software, which can convert video to video, video to audio and audio to audio, supported formats include MP4, AVI, MPEG, WMV, FLV, RMVB, MOV,3GP, WMA, MP3, M4A etc.
