requip or mirapex. consult a neurologist for the best recommendation. most offices will offer up a sample of the medication to see if it works for you before perscribing it.

Somewhere I heard placing a bar of hand soap.....such as a bar of Irish Spring... near the foot of your bed, underneath the sheets can help the problem a lot in many people.
I tried it and it did a lot to solve the problem for me.
