is there any loan companies like provident that do loans and collect from your door on a weekly basis, or anything similar to this

You could ask your local citizens advice bureau whether there are any 'credit unions' in your area.

These are normally locally based community organisations that allow you to save and borrow at realistic rates, by tying those saving with those borrowing. Don't use money lenders, nothing is worth THAT much interest.

Credit Unions are the way forward, find your local one, you'll be glad you did.

I think so, but stay well away they are a rip off!! There should be laws against this sort of thing, my friends mum burrowed £200 and paid it back 1 month later, she had to pay £300!!

There used to be a company called Mutual & Kingston when I lived in Leicester. Dont know if they still exist or if they do other areas.
