Besides working seven days a week for 25 years, swing shift, twelve hour days, I worked in the woods with my son cutting wood for our stove and for the mills. I had seven surgeries on my spine and wondered if it was all worth it. I also worked as a CAT operator, heavy construction, a JD 450 w/backhoe. This was in Northern Minnesota along the Canadian border through the winters when the temps hit 55 below zero. I never though I really needed exercises. Of course I was accused of taking a day or two off a year or so. When I had open heart surgery with six bypasses I took off work five days. They were good and gave me a sit down job for a week. Good luck

Very effective, I run.I love the sport it was probably 6-8 weeks before I saw results. I really don't remember I quit smoking and started running over 25 years ago.

I Powerlift sparingly. It does the job. I must say, an excellent physique.
