buy a cot or get someone to fix it by making the cot rails really close together so your daughter cant put anything through them.

I am sorry to have to say this... but it happens to all kids. I have 2 children. A three year old and a 1 year old. Both have had this happen. (luckily no bruises). It is a stage. She will stop sticking her legs between the bars. Also because of New state laws they can NOT get there little heads stuck. So other than bruises, no life threating damage can be done. Your Nine month old is too young for a real bed yet. If it gets worse- Let her sleep in a pack n play. But this is justy par for the course. My son has a little bruise on his forehead from hitting it on the table. It is on the first and won't be the last.

Good Luck and Good parenting.

You can put a crib bumper in her bed. It is a padding that goes all around the crib to prevent legs/arms from getting stuck between the rails. You can find them in the baby dept. at practically any store.

have you tried putting something around the cot to stop her putting her legs through, like a cot bumper,if she goes in a bed she might crawl out at the bottom and fall out

My niece had the same issue, we had to put her in a pack and play to sleep since it had mess sides and she couldnt get stuck any more. She just had really skinny feet and legs I guess. Soon after I put her in a toddler bed, just be prepared to have to put them back to bed over and over and over again because they will be able to get out of bed. I suggest a pack and play for a while, much easier

Yes, she is old enough to be put in a bed just make sure she cannot fall off and she is protected just in case of any accidents that may happen.

My four month old was doing this. So, I bought a breathable mesh bumper for her. I got mine through target. Much safer than a "traditional" bumper, you can still see through it, and it drops with the crib rail. Haven't had any problems yet.

my daughter did the same thing and she is two now.
What i had to do was buy a twin size bed with the boxspring and the reg. mattress. Then go to wal-mart and get a safety first bed rail.
The bars should slide in between the boxspring and reg. mattress.
That should solve your problem.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

ARE YOU NUTS!!!

Get a safer sleeping arrangement for this baby NOW!!! A 9 month old baby should be in a safe crib. Get one before you're sorry.
