There is no way to pick a size by weight. A person who is 5'2 wearing a 12 is going weight a lot compared to a person who is 5'10" wearing a 12.

It depends on height and muscle. One of the women's magazines did an article on this about a year or two ago -- they had several women -- can't remember if they were all the same weight or the same size -- but there was a great deal of variation depending on height and whether the weight was muscle or fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, so a 140-lb bodybuilder looks a lot better -- and a lot thinner -- that a 140-lb couch potato.

it differs there is not certain weight that goes with sizes
