I believe for any skin problem, the only answer will be rinsing yourself from the inside first and the the outside. It wont help if you eat chocolates and drink coke whole day, but use some skin soap and believe that ur skin will be ok. Best remedy is drink ALOT of water, drink Aplle Cider vinegar with water and go to a steam room. That remedy game me a baby skin.... no pore problems or pimple problems anymore.

sometimes things get worse before they get better- did you give it so,e time to do it's thing?the main thing you should be asking is why do you have so many pimples? are you eating a lot of greasy(fast food-processed food) and drinking a lot of soda? your skin is the largest organ on your body and removes things it does not want via your face- naturally- this way you can see what your food does to you- imagine what your intestines look like!!!! get on a good diet- eat real- whole foods fruit(not canned) and grilled meat, watch the M.S.G.(monosodium glutamate) and food colorings and preservatives in the food you eat - they are baddddd. I shop at walmart for some things organic, and what they do not carry i go to the health food store for- you can still eat mac&cheese just get the healthy one without the added junk! Annie's is a good one. anyhooo.... take the time to feed your body what it needs- and drink lots of water (not with flouride in it though- bad stuff) it will flush the yuck out- try to take an acidolphus supplement and enzymes are good for ya too- again- it may get worse befor it gets better- give it time!!!!!! and if you are a young man your hormones can be going through some changes, that can cause a break out as well-----

Keep using the proactive they get worse as it draws them out but keeps them from reforming as fast. It will get better but worse first.

you should really see a dermatologist. you might be allergic to proactive, and it really doesn't work on everyone.
