Depends on each individual.
Every time my gilfriend see's a guy in girl jeans (or at least those skin tight jeans with the skinny bottoms, even my open-minded friend usually asks if I think the guy is gay...)
Personally I think it's hot to be different...so I'd probably find the guy hot, even if it looked different than what everyone elses was wearing.
And, um anyone, including my friend, that assumes a person is gay..bi etc etc because of the brand or style of jeans they are wearing needs to get a clue. People wear want they wear to make fashion statement...because it's trendy...comfortable...all sorts of different reasons...rarely does person wear an article of clothing because they're gay.
Anyway, I think stepping out of the "norm" is sexy...so my reaction would be its hot :)

well first of all i hate labeling people "prep" ! i personally think people should be able to wear what ever the hell they want. If you like it ,WEAR it ! nobody should have to worry about what other people think of them..
