yes absolutely. a credit report doesn't have anything to do with a credit card, although once you get a credit card it will track your usage of the card. just go to freecreditreport.com. all you need is your social security number and other basic info.

If you mean getting a credit score without any credit cards, yes, you can get a credit score and build credit without a credit card. Go onto myfico.com and check out the advice from the source of credit scores.

Go to www.annualcreditreport.com and you will be able to get it online once annually. Everyone is entitled to the free annual copy. Or call 1-800-685-1111 and request copy. You are entitled to free copy at that number if denied credit within last 60 days, live in either MA, ME, NJ, MD, CO, VT, or GA, or if unemployed or receiving social assistance.
