I have a rash that started on my left foot then my shin and now my elbows????

On my foot and shin it is tiny bumps making up a red tough feeling area. On my elbows it is bigger bumps. All very itchy. Does anyone know what it could be?

sounds like scabies. just go to a doctor. if it is, you need a prescription to get a medicine to apply it. that is the safest way than recieving incorrect information online. do not trust people online.

it might not be a rash it might be exima (realy dry skin ) try using dail
