um......you should ask him if he likes anyone. and if not tell him you like him and maybe he'll like you back. and if you and your friend like him well i guess you should try easing off. but if you really like him you should try asking him out!! good luck!! hope you pick my answer!!

Maybe he likes you, maybe he just wants to be friends. You should tell your friend how you feel about him also. And wait to see what happens, if he makes the move on you or not.

Since she is your best friend, help her out. It's obvious that he likes you, so use that, and then suggest a freesome threesome, and eventually he will like your best friend, and you would be happy in knowing that she got a great guy, since you see him as that way.

make a rule. No going out with a guy you both like. It's easiest. Tell your friend you like him though, and if she says go for it then do it!

tell your friend. Then, if she gets pissed, tell her you can't control who you like, it just happens. (i would know. I like a white getto boy and i'm a middle eastern scene.) and if she can't cope with that, you have 2 options. Don't tell your feelings to him because you respect your friend, or go w/ him even though you know that your friend will probably get pissed.
