Saw it on someones picture tittled: "My host parent"

My husband and I are the host parents of 10 children...

We have had 10 exchange students from all over the world.

A host family is the family that a student who travels abroad and attends school, stays with while there are in that particular country.

As a GAP student last year I lived with a host family. This ment I lived as a member of their household & the host parents fairly much took me in as one of their own. Some people enjoy this experience, others struggle, I was a mixture of both!! Enjoyed it to start but by the end living with them was just too much

Could be those surrogate moms that carry out pregnancies for the women that are not able to have kids and then at birth they gave the baby up.

It's what you become when you got a Tapeworm in you, and it latches onto the inner wall of your stomach and/or intestine, and sucks on your blood, feeding of your nutrients, protein, and vitamins. Thus, scientifically you become the "Host Parent".
