I am trying to run to burn calories. Whenever I run after I eat to burn the calories I just ate off, I get side stiches. So, if I run before I eat, will I burn the same number of calories?

thanks!

The food you ate has not been turned to fat that fast. You burn the same amount of calories for the same amount of exercise, not matter when you ate. The calories you just ate are not going to fuel your body because they take 2+ hours to digest.

You are most likely having "stitches" because your body is shunting blood away from digestion to take care of the muscles when you are running.

It incredibly relies upon. A a hundred and fifty pound man or woman can burn approximately one hundred energy in line with mile while working, looking on your p.c... I run outdoors and on the a treadmill. on the treadmill I run for half-hour, that's approximately 5k at a speed of 10.5. I burn 356/360 energy.

Yes, but side stitches are usually from going out to fast. but this is not an affective way to diet. you will lose to the battle of the bulge or injure yourself trying to run to much
