I have egg noodles and chicken and chicken stock. I know to throw it all together. How do you make it not really creamy, but not watery. KWIM? A good consistency. Thanks.

well not knowing what YOU think is a "good consistency" I can tell you how to get it creamier than just chicken floating in broth. When the soup is cooked (broth, chicken) add cream till you get it to the consistency you like. (You could use flour or cornstarch instead, but you really have to know how to handle those to make it come out right). After adding the cream, you will need to correct the seasonings (salt, pepper, whatever)
If you cooked some potato in broth, then, when they are fully cooked, puree in a blender and add to the soup, it will thicken the soup without adding dairy (cream)
Good luck!

you're able to desire to upload some Heavy Cream, Milk with Roux (equivalent quantities of Flour/Butter) bitter Cream or in basic terms upload some slurry (cornstarch with ice chilly water) in basic terms undergo in concepts, as quickly as you have further your thickening adgent, re-regulate your seasonings using fact the residences will substitute once you thicken your cleansing soap (they have an inclination to take up alot of flavors). One time, in a pinch at my pals domicile, I had the hen Soup all waiting and then i found out that the elderly woman i grew to become into cooking for wanted something creamy, I in basic terms threw in a can of Cream of Potato Soup, i could desire to've additionally further the Cream of Mushroom, Celery, Tomato or Onion..............ANY of those could've further that cream point and extra advantageous style that's often welcome. desire this facilitates you out immediately, happy Sunday to you!
