Weather in California depends greatly on the elevation of the area you're in and also upon whether you are in Northern or Southern California. Central California is usually foggy or rainy with temps in the mid 50s. In mountainous areas (Tahoe, etc.) you're likely to find snow and temps in the 20's to 30's. Southern CA is usually warmer (60's typically), but rain or fog is also still common for December.

Yeah...it kind of depends where you're going. Anywhere from the mid 70s if it's nice to freezing and snow.

well cali is not the best place to go for the holidays but if your comeing to see family the i would tell you to bring warm clothes cause close to x-mas it starts to rain
