She is four months old. She used to like her formula a lot. Recently I started giving her gerber juices and gerber rice cereal.

I would check with a Dr. She maybe Lactose intolerant or she may have wacky sugar. When a childs sugar/insulin is out of wack they want to drink all the time. It's almost like they can't get enough. She can't tell you how she's feeling so you may want to have that checked out. It only takes a finger prick. If you know someone who is diabetic see if you can use their meter. Normal sugar is between 70 and 120. If shes way over that it could be a serious problem.

Watered down fruit juice is desirable and could help with the constipation. besides the undeniable fact that, i may be suspect of a nutrition allergy if she's had constipation from the time she began solids. i might cut back out all yet rice cereal (no mixed, barley, or oatmeal) and undeniable end result and vegetables and notice if that enables.

How old is she?
Perhaps she doesn't like the formula?
The water is okay, but see your doctor if you think that she should still be having milk too.

Most of us drink too little water, so it is probably a good thing. But, it may be worth getting her checked out if her thirst seems excessive, as it CAN (but don't panic) be a sign of diabetes.

Water is good and OK.
Just make sure water is filtered or boil water, let it cool to room temperature and give that.
Also you can dilute formula with more water.
Seek advise of a professional or elderly person in your area.

Take her to the doctor and make sure she doesn't have type 1 diabetes... this is a symptom... not just being very thirsty, but not wanting "food".

Have you tried a soy based formula. It worked for my daughter.....she recognized that dairy milk made her sick and did not have a taste for it. However that being said...water is so good for her!!!
