First: stop wasting time online! Second, take a shower, lose (or gain) some weight, get a job or find something you are good are it.
Girls dont like guys who pitty themselves. So if you dont have anything good to say about you: say nothing. Also get some descent clothes. they dont need to be expensive, just something that matches (look at a catalog and try matching the same colors/type of clothing)
Get a descent haircut. decent, not gay.
Get some fresh mints and use the Axe Phoenix body spray (its the most popular among hot girls) Use it, not overuse it!
Step out the house and go downtown. Pretend to be lost and ask a cute girl for directions. Dont hit on her or stare at her rack, just ask for directions... like specific directions. This will serve as practice so you dont droll anytime you see a hot chick.
Go to a starbucks with a cute barista (cashier) girl and ask from something complicated... as she take your order, just ask: how is your day going? ready for the weekend? How many hours you got left in your shift? If she is wearing something (necklace, hairpin, earring, nosering, etc) say it look really cute on her. Again, this is just for practice so DONT HIT ON HER you sick bastard!
Keep doing this back and forth and soon you will lose your fear to speaking with hot girls and the chances of you looking lilke a freaking retard when you attempt a dialog will decrease to zero.
Good luck! remember: even the hottest ones get turn down, so dont despair and DONT freaking rush or scare any girl who is dumb enough to be nice to you or whose trying to JUST be your friend.
