After that they the employers will say that you the employees are not working for the good of their business and will fire you. Then you and your prohibitions can work elsewhere.

They tried that in Dallas - said all principals must be able to speak spanish, gave them 3 years to comply. The principals went back to the city council & protested since this was not a requirement when they were hired and they won! Now just one person in the school must be bilingual.
I think our government should prohibit that as a requirement...assuming, of course, they are going to represent Americans, not illegal aliens! But we all know the answer to that one...
I had reason to visit a grade school in the area - it was disgusting..most all the illegal mothers there had a baby in a buggy, one on their hip & were pregnate....OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK!

Employers must respect religious preferences and not discriminate on the basis of religion; as such, almost all will make accommodations to dress codes that include dress chosen for bona fide religious reasons. Tattoos however are not protected under any employment law. Its not an invasion of privacy to request that tattoos remain covered. However, I do know that the state of Florida at one time refused to allow Muslim women to have the drivers license picture taken with their face obscured with a muslim scarf (eg, across the bottom half of their face) citing security and safety reasons.

They should be required to follow the law and not hire illegals. If they all did that then learning Spanish would not be as necessary. I am all for being bilingual, but illegal invaders should not get to choose or dictate which languages we learn.

I'm talking about employers too. If they were following the law we wouldn't have as many illegal hispanics here that require (demand?) special privileges.

How much authority does the employer has over the employees?

Yes they should be able to impose any standards they choose. Private businesses have the right to decide what policies best suit their needs as long as they adhere to the laws set forth for them.
