They aren't available yet in the U.S. They are working on a US model for next year.
Consumer Reports magazine bought one in Canada and tested it out. The results were poor and they don't recommend it. Gas mileage is about the same as the Prius, but the Smartfor2 only has 2 seats, and has very poor acceleration. They didn't like the way it handled or braked or passenger comfort.
It cost them nearly as much (in US dollars) to buy a Smart car in Canada as it would to buy a Prius.

There probably isn't one, Smart is a British car company that does not export to the US. You would need to import a Smart ForTwo (this is the actual model name of the Smart car to which I think you are referring) either by contacting Smart or attempting this through a local used car dealer in Delaware.

in the U.S.A you will not find them as they have ot passed safty there..... and you can not order one from germany europ ect.. as they can not ship them to the U.S.
