Duh, move the fishbowl to where she can't get it.
You are the smarter species so you need to make sure that your pets (in this case the fish) environment is safe. That's like putting candy in front of a small child and leaving the room and expecting that it won't take it.

I have 12 cats- I went through this too. Is your fish in a open top fish bowl? Unfortunaltely, cats love to "catch" fish. My best advice is to buy a tank with a lid. There are cheap ones at walmart for like 15 bucks. The fish are happier too! Then all of your animals can get along. hope this helps.

You could move the bowl where she can't reach it, stick a lid on the bowl, or distract the cat with food, toys,or something!

she will get him sooner or later. try to cover your bowl or tank with
a mesh fabric
you might try to squirt the cat with a water bottle everytime she
gets near the bowl
good luck, they can be quite determined!

You could always be inventive and stick a lid on the bowl.
