Sorry, you can't make it stop. I don't use caffeine at all and I still get those twitches once in a while.

It's annoying when that happens and it will generally stop by itself although I have read that the problem can be caused/exacerbated by caffeine so if you drink a lot of tea or coffee or coke, maybe lay off it for a little while until the twitch goes away. Apparently caffeine can causes facial twitches....

The more you let it annoy you, the longer it will twitch. Such a tic is usually a sign of stress, anxiety, or over-tiredness.

same as a muscle twitch. give it time and it will stop but also stress does have something to do with it.

you can flush your eye out with water for 15-20 minutes or go to the doctor to get it checked out

my doctor told me that if you smoke that can cause twitching. if it continues see a doctor.
