Unless the lottery in the Dominican Republic is rigged, there is no way to predict numbers for a lottery.
A lottery is always based on the premise of some random numbers being drawn. Lotteries go to a lot of trouble to ensure true randomness. People would simply not buy the tickets if they did not trust the fairness of the system.
So it does not matter how you analyze previous numbers, try to predict the future, or work out 'hot' numbers, it will not improve your chances.
Each time the lottery is drawn, a set of random numbers is produced. The little balls, and the machine used to draw the balls, has no memory of previous draws, no idea what happened last week. Each draw is an independent event, and as such a history has no bearing on next weeks draw.
If someone had a reliable method of substantially increasing their odds of winning, do you really think they would share this information online?

No site can predict winning lottery numbers. The lottery is a tax on people who are bad at math and can't figure this out.
I swear, I'm going to write a book called "Double Your IQ or No Money Back."
