I'm sumwhat disabled and I thought my father filed my taxes but I was told by him that my cousin may have did them - now I just need to know if they were done.

If you didn't sign the form, then it probably wasn't done, although there are ways to get around that, either by someone else signing (not legal) or by filing electronically and claiming they're you (also not legal).

You could call the IRS and ask - they'd be able to tell you.

If they were done you should have had to sign them regardless of who did them.
