Also my mom used to make Banana Bread and fudge for us to eat while watching the parade. She died 5 years ago the 25th of this month, so its now my responsiblity to make the banana bread and fudge for thanksgiving am.

We used this exact recipe last year and even though it's made to me healthy it was also extremely flavorful and filling. The recipe for the meal includes portions of stuffing, green beans, potatoes, carrots, and turnip, and explains how to put these together to make a healthy, tasteful, and exotic meal. Yeast rolls where you make the dough the day before and refrigerate it over night then bake the next day. That is our families best treat along with Dilly Bread which is a batter, yeast bread made with dill seed and cottage cheese. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without it!

Cornbread dressing-long time ago when I first got married I made what I thought was "Mom's cornbread dressing". I made my cornbread just like I had made it for beans and cornbread. The dressing turned out awful..I called my mom and she said sweet cornbread is for the beans and unsweet cornbread is for dressing. Made another batch and left out the sugar and it was terrific, just like Mom's.
