What are the preconceived notions of the older guy dating the younger girl? Do people think he might be a pervert or something?

I'm in trouble then, my girlfriend is 27 and I am 58 almost 59. But, I don't really care what other people think. If it is right for her and right for me, that is all that matters, right? Why worry about stuff beyond your control? You cannot do anything about morons that find fault with your lifestyle. And in the long run, it shouldn't matter anyway. It is your life, not theirs. So, forget them and get on with living.

I'm 66. I haven't dated anyone under 19+- (1). But I find the senior ladies to be less than my mother. Sorry!
I'm not rich but I have some money and class. The company of young girl ,smart, socially sharp and knows the good things, food ,entertainment, skiing and sports. Who wouldn't seek that involvement with NO strings attached and if she appreciates the attention a more enjoyable time for both of us.
Any perversion would be hers, to be in that sex part.
Any 18yo dude would drop his fly faster than I any day.
Personally I don't care sheit what you think. ONLY her !
So it is the YL loss to turn her nose up at a senior who flirts.

It's probably not that wise, but considering how younger men are today (mostly only interested in sex), it could be a better choice than what people might imagine, especially if the man is in great conditition.
As long as the girl's of age, I don't think it's really anyone's business.

Well of course he's a pervert, he's got 40 yrs on you. Do you think he wants to be with your for the conversation ?? Usually the man looks like a dirty old man and the girl looks like she is looking for $$. I think that's what goes through most peoples minds.

No, usually a 60 year old man has got money and the girl needs that in her life, or they just see it as the guy likes young chicks and the chick likes old guys...
