what is the best and safest way to do this, besides the obvious taking cocaine?

Take a strong diuretic.

TO get on the subject of cocaine I highly doubt you can loose 5 lbs in 2 days by doing that. I have done it and never lost that,wish i would've. you could sweat off 5 pounds like wrap yourself up in a mat or sit in a sauna for a couple of days.

there isn't a healthy way to do something like that.. it's going to take about a week or 2 to loose 5 pounds. Don't excercise too much though, if your heart rate races above 140 all your burning is sugar which lowers your blood sugar and will make you weak. Excorcise and diet is the answer can't loose it in 2 days, you should've started sooner!

Sorry to say, but 5 pounds in two days is hard. What I would try is not eat second helpings, lay of the junk food, ( u know the tyical stuff), and of course exercise like crazy. But don't starve!

You can't--it's unhealthy. If you wanted to lose weight, you should have started earlier. You can't just say "I'm going to lose 5 pounds in 2 days." No, you have to work at it. Two-3 pounds in a WEEK is possible.

Get realistic.

exercise like crazy and limit your food and liquids. Running a marathon helps...

hope and pray caz in two days is not possible not unless you exercise alot those two days and not eat too much foood

dont eat, only drink water, and get on a trealmill or stationary bike, and dont stop exercising, not even to sleep.
