Want mouth-watering-fall-off-the-bone ribs??? Then just use this recipe!
First, grill the ribs PLAIN on the grill until seared on each side.
Second, prepare a large, deep pan of some sort that can hold a grate in the bottom (the grate is metal, and has feet on it that hold it about a half inch above the bottom of the pan). Fill the bottom of this pan with water until the water level is JUST BELOW the bottom of the grate. Put your ribs into this pan on top of the grate and cover the pan with aluminum foil. DO NOT poke any holes in the foil. Put the pan directly back on the grill (which should be left on high). This setup allows the already grilled ribs to be steamed and become VERY tender! Steam the ribs for about 30 minutes or so.
Last, remove the ribs, put them back on the grill and baste with any BBQ sauce you wish. This last step should be done quickly so as not to dry out the ribs.
I promise the best ribs you have ever had!

Once they have thawed .. make a marinade with a cup of tomato sauce, half a lemon, a tablespoon of olive oil and garlic to taste. Mix well and rub all over the ribs! Another alternative is to use a tablespoon of english mustard, tablespoon of honey and a squeeze of lemon! Also rub in! Allow to stand for roughly an hour before grilling .. keep basting with the left over marinade!! Mmmm

My favorite way to prepare ribs is to place them in a crockpot with a small amount of water (about 1/3-1/2 cup) and season with salt and pepper until cooked all the way through, about 6-8 hours. Remove the lid and cook for 1/2 an hour to allow excess water to cook out, then top with favorite barbecue sauce.

Salt and pepper to taste then grill (or cook under the broiler on low).
NEVER put BBQ Sauce on until you are just about finished cooking. The sugar will carmelize and you will end up with a thick crust of burned sugar and that is just nasty.
I do mine over indirect heat on the grill, when the ribs have about 10 minutes left, I start brushing on the BBQ sauce so it warms through - and a very light coating at that. Serve BBQ sauce in a bowl with every setting. and you will have killer BBQ ribs.

If their country ribs they are best in some kind of stew; like with sauerkraut and potatoes with Italian spices. If their baby back then i would slow cook them low heat for several hours then then either broil or grill with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Put them in sauce now while they are still thawing. Get them good and marinated and then throw them on the grill or in the oven.

For tender ribs, unless you're smoking them, boil them before you thrown them on the grill. Baste with BBQ sauce and enjoy.
