ALWAYS THAW POULTRY IN THE FRIDGE NEVER OUT ON COUNTER TOO DANGEROUS. You CAN thaw it in cool water in a sink, changing the water every hour at the most. It takes about 2-3 days to thaw a turkey that size in the Refrigerator. Good luck, eat some turkey for all of us that answers your question :)

Refrigerator Thawing:
Thaw breast side up in its unopened wrapper on a tray in the refrigerator Allow at least one day of thawing for every four pounds of turkey

Cold Water Thawing:
Thaw breast side down in its unopened wrapper in cold water to cover
Change the water every 30 minutes to keep surface cold. Estimate minimum thawing time to be 30 minutes per pound for whole turkey
