Help you how? I could help by giving you some of MY weight!! Unless you are very underweight, I wouldn't worry about it too much...once your metabolism changes around 21 and again around 30 and again around 40, you won't have any trouble putting weight on. If you are serverely underweight, check with your doctor. Maybe your thyroid is out of whack and that can be fixed with medication.

I had the same problem. I wanted to get in a higher weight class. to solve it I had my family help me. They are all health nuts. and boxers, they had me put on weight. I ate food that was fatty and more meat then I was used to (icky). as soon as I turned 20 I had to do the opposite I gained weight so fast. Eat more ( big meals) less often like twice a day, continue with more like wight training, so that the weight turns into bulk not so much fat. Or wait til you get older the pounds will come with time. As that other person said, you will eventually have a lower metabolism.

you can either have a fast metabolism or possibly diabetes....it may not be something to take advantage of though because my dad is that way, and he has very high cholesterol and didn't know it at the time. everyone in my family has diabetes and i find that whatever i eat, i will never gain weight and sometimes actually lose weight and doctors believe that im getting diabetes. so i would get some bloodwork done just to check and make sure everything is ok. Good luck!

I am in the same boat & have found that a milk shake at night with icecream , whole milk, yogurt, and a scoop of wieght gainer powder from GNC has helped me to put on a little bit of weight and to maintain what i have already.
