Yeah, but I wouldn't suggest learning it online because if you just read a punjabi line it's not like english, the pronounciation is different, best to learn from someone in person, and then when your more familiar with it, learn from here.

punjabi is an easy language to study if you know hindi,only how to pronounce it will be difficult, this will take time ,certain gurudwaras in mumbai conduct punjabi classes fo all ,one such gurudwara is a shere a punjab,andheri. if you know hindi well you can learn punjabi at home by just getting a basic punjabi kayada(book).it is not possible online

but it might be best to go to the gw and sign up for a class
they do punjabi school every sunday from bout 12 to 1 30 i think
its pretty fun and it helps

Better check whether any gurudwara around your area offer any classes or material. Best way to learn is be be around with someone speaking punjabi.
