Sweet and Sour Crockpot Kielbasa
3 pounds kielbasa, sliced
2 pound jar grape jelly
2 jars chili sauce
2 bottles salad cherries (no stems), drained
1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
Mix jelly and chili sauce. Add sliced kielbasa. Stir in drained cherries and pineapple. Leave the whole crock in the fridge overnight if the crock is removeable, or just prepare ingredients the night before and mix together before leaving for work.
Plug it in on low for about 3 or 4 hours before needed, and it should be hot by lunch time. This has a great sweet and sour taste, and is always a great hit. (If it's for work, just plug it in when you get there.)

Try a fondue, for simplicity or a bisque for heartiness. The unexpected is always good.
