That's a hard one...i have the same problem. From what i've read and heard, there is no sure-fire way to get rid of it... I know...it SUCKS!! But, if you drink alot of water, that helps flush out some of the fatty deposits that are built up under your skin. Also, there's a technique called "dry-brushing" that you do every day that's supposed to help. You should google that to get more info. And lastly, try to do exercises that will tone your body, and increase muscle. It may not get rid of the cellulite, but it will diminish the appearance of the lumps a little bit. Remember, there are no creams or secret potions that guarantee the disappearance of those lumpy-lumps!!

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.
However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.
I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

hey im thin and have cellulite too!! on my butt and the back and sides of my thighs. almos teveryone has it there! what has been working for me is doves, firming lotion. its works fine. it reducces the appearance. on every "firming lotion bottle" ive noticed on all fo the directions "rub in circular motion, deep tissue massaging" this si true. when you massage your skin it activates collagen which fills in the indentations, (over time) i have also read else where if you dont want to go and get a lotion then you can just use olive oil and rub in circular motions for 5 minutes in each area. i dont knwo if this works. but what has been helping me is dove firming lotion. it has sea weed in it which is a firming agent. dont be afriad that it has sea weed in it! im sure you know even ice cream, beer and your toothpaste has sea weed in it, (as a freshening agent) the lotion smells great thogh of course! the lotion also has collagen in it. but cellulite cannot go away. the lotions really only reduce the appearance and make it less noticeeable. so it works for me! good luck
exercise will not get rid of it(loosing weight will not get rid of cellulite) possibly toning the are will help to firm up the skin and develop muscle. maybe look into dance or pilates.! and i dont think drinking alot of watter will even do anything either!>cellulite are honey comb shaped fat deposits ATTATCHED TO THE SKIN> they dont just flush away. how are you going to flush somethign away thats stuck to your butt! theres not water circulation down there...lol

mmmhummm. honey im just like you! thin ye have cellulite. the best thing i could say is embrace what he creator gave you. or if you dont like that answer you could always try sit up and othat one exersize that you get in the push up possition and stay there for like 5 mins for your abs. if you want to work on legs.... run. seisouly., run hard and long. and for arms do like push ups? it oculd also help your tummy too! also drink water. i already drink water and i dont think it helps really but in biology recently we were going over fatty cells nad theres this long chain of fat that an only be broken down by water. so yea i guess that science says it... drink water and exersize.

The best by far cellulite buster is skipping. Try that and also use those skin tightening creams and you should be good to go! Also stay away from sugary foods. Hope it helps.

You need to stop smoking, don't drink alcohol, exercise more, drink more water. Cut out tea and coffee. After you have done all that, less red meat. Still no difference? Accept yourself for what you are. You're probably gorgeous on the outside, and if not, it's better to be beautiful on the inside. These people tend to be happier for longer.

no soda I heard that helps create cellulite, but I am not sure if that is true. Try to improve circulation in your legs and any other place you have it.
