Sure! You can do whatever kind of exercises you want. As long as you're not experiencing any weird heart problems (a possible side effect) you should be good to go.

Not only can you, but it's a good idea (as long as you are physically healthy, as previously mentioned.) Exercise is a bit of a natural antidepressant, it helps you stay healthy, helps get/keep you in shape (and prevent medication induced weight gain) and gives you a sense of accomplishment.
