Seriously I have the largest wrist and ankle bones of anyone I know. I still have what my grandmother lovingly calls chipmunk cheeks and I am asked which highschool I go to, very annoying let me tell you. And pleez no glib about how I'll appreciate all the young comments when I am old. I already know that being young I want to be considered old and that it is supposed to flip flop, but it's a little embarassing, when guys my own age think I am in HIGHSCHOOL and I have to tell them no I am not a sophmore, I am a junior at university. GRRRRRRRR!

More important is to eat properly and not over indulge in "useless" calories. Eat well, exercise plenty and have a mental attitude that cherishes joy and serentiy and it does not matter what the other people say or what the scales say. Health is different for diff people. But joy and serenity are attainable and I hope you get there. Being an ex-teen is hard too.

I am not sure if you feel that you are underweight or overweight. If you feel underweight:

My fiance is 6' 4" and weighs 135! hehe. He is VERY slim and looks very 17 when he is really 25 (this weekend!)

Size really doesn't matter too much. It takes some guys 25 years to gain any weight. :) Work out at the gym, eat a healthy diet with more than 2000 calories, and in the next few years your body should mold into your adult size. Some people are just naturally smaller than others. :)

If you feel overweight:
Keep exercising, eat a balanced diet that doesn't have more calories than you are burning off.

No matter which case is correct, I know it's hard to think about it now, but try to focus on who you are becoming as a person... what sort of hobbies do you have? what types of things do you do at your college? in your community? with your friends? I know that probably sounds pretty lame, but i am sure most people see YOU .... and anyone who doesn't care to see who you are inside isn't worth keeping around. :)

My fiance is thin and people kid with him about looking so young, but he is proud of who he is, and I challenge you to embrace your masculinity and not let Hollywood, or anyone else, tell you what it means to be a real man. :)

Well, I'm 21 & 5'11" also but I'm also a model. Right now my weight ranges from 145 to 152. If I didn't exercise I'd probably weigh in at 155 not to mention I'm big boned but with lil meat on my bones. So basically I'd say anything under 140 would be underweight but over 165 would be overweight.

Well, I"m 5'10" and I think the "healthy" weight range for my height is 150-175. So, yours would probably be a bit up from that.

I don't know about that. Hmmm.... My gym teacher gave me this thing( I am SO SO SO underweight so she's really worried) but I don't know if it will help you. It tells you if you are underweight or overweight???? If you want me to send it to you, email me at pinky_bear@sbcglobal.net (LOL!) I'll send it to you if you want it.
