Hemophilia is not a vitamin deficiency. It is definitely a lack of a clotting factor. General hemophilia, or Hemophilia A, is simply a lack of Factor VIII. Secondarily, iron deficiencies are common, but not a primary cause of Hemophilia A. Hemophilia B is a Factor IX deficiency. Von Willebrand Disease is a bleeding disorder caused by a defect or deficiency of a blood clotting protein called von Willebrand Factor. Thrombophilia, which is also a hemophilia condition where the person is subject to excessive clotting, can be caused by protein C deficiency, protein S deficiency, and anti-thrombin deficiency. There are other inherited conditions which can also cause Thrombophilia as well.
