You can't. You have to get to know each other and hang out with each other and be friends etc. It really isn't that easy - especially when you don't know the person.

I should trademark this phrase for all singles.

That is tricky but can be done. You need to make conversation with that person a couple times before hand. You obviously see this person often. Just make flirty, random conversation, and then go for it one day. It'll work, trust me. Make sure the date is somewhere confortable for the other person because they don't know you that well. Pick the day and the place before hand so you're ready. Go for it!

HAHA, you can't! Because the whole boy of having a relationship is knowing, loving, and caring about the other person. You sure can't know someone that you don't know yet (make sense?), you can't love (possibly just lust?) them, and you can't fully care about them either because you don't know HOW to care about them-yet. Get to know that person first, believe me.

Get to know them a little more. If you don't know them and end up going out with them they can turn out to be a total jerk.

well if you know that person go to where he or she shops and then just go up to the person and ask do like this kind of =what ever you are shopping for.

Flirt with them (e.g.flutter your eyelashes, smile at them) and read their body language - if you are getting good vibes from them then go for it, if not - at least you have not made a fool of yourself in front of them!
