i would like to send a carepackage for the holidays....anyone know an address. doesnt matter what branch...i just know how much things like that can brighten anyone's day...:-)

i just got back and if you email me ill give the address of the group who took over for us. they are national guard and could really use it.

First of all, thank you for support, it will most defenitly brighten someones day to receive a care package for the holidays. You can find many deployed soldiers at anysoldier.com, its a good organization that helps you locate people to write to.

I am in Iraq... Does that count? I am actually getting ready to go home after being here for 16 months. I received outstanding support from adopt-a-platoon. I highly recommend them:

Check with your local VFW or American Legion.
I sent gifts last Christmas to a Military Hospital around DC.
