I know it will hurt and that doesn't bother me all i want to know is how long is it untill i would be able 2 drink alcohol again cos i like party a lot and i dnt wnt 2 not be able to drink any1 know????

I'm not thinking about the pain, I am thinking about the infection you'll get. Do you know how FILTHY the human mouth is? Tons of bacteria (even if you gargle and brush) living in there and you want to pierce your tongue and let it get in.
I've seen several infected tongues from this. It's disgusting.

It hurts like heck. After the pain you have the swelling too. You're a pretty hot mess for at least a week. I think you can drink anything as long as its not through a straw, that tears the tongue.

They're all fine and dandy if that's what you really want and I don't think you'd have to wait that long prior to drinking alcohol. HOWEVER, keep in mind that you need to be constantly aware of that piercing or you're going to end up with a mouthful of broken and chipped teeth...NOT attractive!

Tongue piercings aren't a good idea, expecially if you've had dental work done. They are also pretty gross.
