but she's over seas with the puppy now and all i have to pay is the transportation to here. How can I figure how much it will cost me to have the puppy transported here from Limbe/Cameroon?

First you need to make sure that the person you're getting the dog from is a licensed breeder because if you're not from here and it's some average person you may not be aware of problems the puppy may have which could be not having proper vacinations and free of illnesses that can affect a young dog. If you're planning to transfer the dog to another country you also need to check with your countries laws about bringing in animals because what could be legal in the US may not be legal where you're from. It would be wise to actually go and pick up the dog in person so you can actually meet the breeder in person and let them explain to you how to properly care for that particular breed of dog. It's better to cover all bases and not be out of money from both ends.

well if you take him to the vet they will give him a total of 3 vaccine shots 3-4 weeks apart. This booster is called a Dhppc+L booster. It will protect the puppy from parvo and some other diseases that are deadly. It cost about $17 each time. When you get the last one you will also get a rabies vaccine which will be something you need once a year from there on out. That costs about $12. While at the vet you should be able to purchase a topical solution that will protect your dog from fleas and heartworms and Usually the puppy wormer is free with the office visit and booster. All of these are important so please don't skimp on good healthcare for your puppy.

Sounds like a scam to me. Keep looking for one that is in the states and you can go see and don't spend money for something you will not get from this lady.

Ooooooooops! Major famous scam...sorry to burst your bubble, but it is a well known scam..
Bulldogs don't ship well, at all..so it would be far better to get one in the States, anyway.
what this lady does, is sell that pup over and over..for 'only' the price of shipping..You send money by wire, and she has your $$ in a country that has no laws agasinst such fraud...
