Has anyone had this done? How do they determine the shape? How natural does it look?

As a makeup artist and aesthetician it repulses me to see someone get makeup tattooed. First off styles of eyebrows do change with the years just with styles of clothing and hair. Right now the more fuller brow is what's hot. Not to mention what happens when you age. My advise would be to really think things through before you take the plunge.

I have seen it done on a lot of people by a lot by various people of various skill levels and based on the outcome, I would never do it.

It doesn't look any better than penciling them on and the same goes for tattooed eyeliner and lip liner. You can tell its fake and it'll look worse as time goes on and your face ages. The only tattooed on eyebrows that look fine are the ones MEANT to be artsy and stand out. And I don't think that's what you are going for

I suggest you stick to a more natural beauty.

well, i'm a aspiring tatto artist and i've done tattooed eyebrows. the owner was happy with them and that is what matters! i'd advise before going permanent, shave off your eyebrows and draw them on until they grow back, that should give you a good perspective if you like them or if you care what other people say, listen to the reaction of people....thats basically what it would look like!

I had it done by a permanent make-up professional. It can be great, the colors and shape applied are determined by the make-up artist, matching your skin tones and hair color. Make sure you use someone who is very experienced, like over 1,000 applications under their belt. It's not as bad as some say it is. I had my brows done (no more penciling in) and I had my eyeliner done...it's awesome. Ask around at the local salons that employ estheticians, or a plastic surgeons office, for recommendations for "micro-pigmentation specialists" They're the folks that are hard-core make up artists.

I don't have them done, but my grandmother had hers done....they looked good at first till they started fading and turned to that greenish blue looking color that they call black. The lighter shaded ones aren't too bad. I myself would just pencil em on if I needed them. Good luck to you.
