Well, if you can't get him drunk enough to pass out, I suggest making sure all his shells are blanks.
If all else fails just try to stay behind him...or at least behind the SS guys.
Also, sounds like a good time to catch the flu, stay home....

Buy body armor, try to get a vest with a high collar to protect your neck. Stay close, behind him, if you see him swinging through the line you should first try to remain behind him. Failing that try to keep a secret service guy between you and him. If that fails then either knock him senseless or dive for the ground. If possible remain out of range, at least a hundred yards.

Buy a medieval knight helmet and wear it. Also tell him your a republican that might help..... or ask to look at his gun, then switch his bullets with blanks, if a shotgun bring some empty or spent 12 guage shells.
