Here is what you have to do. Light a big white candle and sit infront of it. The room has to be dark and there has to be a mirror infront of you. Close your eyes and breath deeply. Then open them and look yourself in the mirror. I fyou see a shadow hanging above you or somethink like smoke surounding your body then this person has put a spell on you. To get rid of it say three times,, Spirit of fire femove this spell from me"
