I really like this guy how do i figure out if he likes me without getting hurt?

1. Does he stare at you and then look away immediately when you catch him doing that?
2. Does he try to make you laugh?
3. Does he try to be near you?
4. Does he bother you?
If you answered yes to all of these questions, then I think you know the answer

asking him how is day is going or if he might want to get a cup of coffee isn't exactly a proposal. How can you get hurt? The wondering is worse. The butterflies never go away though. I am getting married and still haven't gotten rid of the butterflies.

Try to get him in a situation for one-on-one time. Don't be too aggressive but send signals. He'll make a move if he likes you. If not, then he probably doesn't. This way you don't have to worry about getting hurt either.
