I tried opening a new workbook but the same thing happened. I don't recall selecting any kind of formula or anything. The whole column of dates shows up as #s. When I printed the page, the dates appeared?!

That just means your column is too narrow to display the contents. Drag the column a few pixels wider, and your numbers will appear.

I agree with the 2 answers above me about column width, but that could be triggered as well by the number format. Right click the column, choose format cells, and look at the number format. Make sure date is chosen. If it isn't a date format, it could be translating the number into a decimal (it starts dividing because of the slashes), and that number is what's too big for the column width.

Your columns are not wide enough. Simple fix.

At the top of the worksheet in the column that is displaying '####' place your cursor on the right border of that column cell (you will notice that the cursor changes shape), hold the left mouse button down, and simpy drag the column to the left until the number you entered shows up. Alternatively, you can place your mouse cursor on the right border as before and simply double click when the cursor changes shape. This makes the column the perfect size for the largest set of data that you entered into that column.

Hope it helps!!

move the with of the column wider. That should help. The number is too long for the area.
