How do I obtain a copy of Photoshop 7, so I can upgrade to Photoshop CS?

CS 2 is the curretn version. YOu can only purchase up to 1 version ago.

So you have to buy a full version

You can contact support to see if they will sell you previous versions as well (not likely)
