Joven: as a noun it means young person; as an adjective it means young.
Calcomanía (with accent on the i): sticker.
By the way, many Spanish speaking children (and adults) say "calcamonía" instead of "calcomanía".

Joven is a young person, or if you're in a restaurant in Mexico that's what people say to the waiter.
Calcomania: sticker (for a car--could be a bumper sticker or another kind of sticker you're required to put on your car)
