If you are of the Mandarin Class you tend to eat a lot more meat and rice and if you were of the Cantonese class(middle class and poor) you ate a lot of vegetables and small amounts of fish if you could afford it. Commonly chinese dishes consist of a lot of different meats fish and vegetables.

dumplings( jaozi) filled with pork or vegatables, steamed or fried, Baozi =steamed bread filled with vegies or meat rice (=mifan), noodles (mien)chinese cabage(cin cai), lot of seafood, shrimp, scallops. In shanghai they add a lot of sugar and oil wich makes it less healthy but still good!!
Also";fishheads,dog (only in special restaurants), frog, coweyeballs(yuk)
And all time favo: Hairy crab!!
