It's an intense craving for something your body is used to having,and you've stopped having it for some reason or another.
I.E. smoking,drugs,sex,that kind of stuff.Also known as withdrawl.

Its a slang, maybe offensive word. It means to have a strong need, desire, or craving for something.

i will guess at it . it sounds like keeping up your house & property
with the neibors;as the old saying goes "keeping up w/ the Jones`."
